A Note on Mike Dooley, Thoughts Become Things, Notes from The Universe and Infinite Possibilities

Do you ever wonder how you get to know about certain people? Maybe you found your way on to a mailing list somewhere, but then something wonderful happens.

Well I can’t remember how I ending up signing up to Mike Dooley’s Notes from the Universe, but I guess I must have done, late one night when I was searching the web probably as long ago as 2002. I’d been running my last business for about a year and I started receiving Mikes Notes from the Universe, daily motivational and encouraging messages written from ‘the Universe’.
I remember reading somewhere that Mike had a T’shirt business called Total Unique Thoughts (TUT for short) and has written a number of these quotes for that business.

Well I actually found my daily Notes from The Universe amazing. They words talk to me personally. How did “the Universe” know?

It must have been the summer of 2003 when I finally followed one of the links at the bottom of my daily notes to read that Mike was doing his first ‘world tour’ and he would be visiting, my then home, London, UK. Well I say my home. I lived about 200 miles from London, but I really fancied going along to here this speaker on his world tour.

It was 29th November 2003 when I finally met Mike Dooley. I know that date as it was then that I bought his audio programe; Infinite Possibilities – The Art of Living Your Dreams

I’d seen it on his website and wanted to buy but couldn’t justify the cost at the time. Well as all good speakers will know, you take your product and sell them back of room for a discount on the day for those people who took the time out to come and listen to you.

I remember it was a Saturday. I was able to get a cheap ticket to London, even though it meant a weekend day away from my kids and husband.

So I bought the programme, Mike signed and dated it and now I have a permanent record of our meeting.

I couldn’t stop listening to the audio. I listened on my walkman before I went to sleep and the next day while I was ironing. It was a fantastic perspective. I man with real insight that has used what he knows in his own life to ‘prove’ that “the Universe really does conspire on your behalf”.

That was such a powerful phase.

I had been raised in the Church of England and considered myself Christian but not really religious, but all that faith stuff took a terrible knocking when my sister, 10 years younger than be who suffered with extreme learning difficulties, was murdered in 2001. Mike helped me to find my faith again. It doesn’t really matter what you believe religiously when you listen to the audio. It will touch a cord and help you to make some sense of the world and how your personal power can improve your life and that of people around you.

I would say that I am a much more spiritual person now, and my god for me is now ‘The Universe’ or ‘the Devine’. I believe that you attract everything in to your life and the power of attraction is all around. I have since then been on my own personal quest for fulfillment, success, happiness and health. I now feel that I can join all the dots in my life and I would recommend this audio to anyone who is looking to start on the path of enlightenment.

It’s about doing the least to get the most. Learning what “the truth” is, and then living it, so that the kingdom, the power, and the glory can be revealed before your very eyes, as you discover your holy place in creation - as a creator, yourself.

And has now on his 3rd world tour. He was even featured in the acclaimed film and book The SecretHis bother, Andy Dooley, is now out there speaking but that’s a review for another time.
